    Posta AI integrations and the Hub

    All connections live in the Hub. Open it from the sidebar. You can connect, change, or disconnect an app at any time. When an agent needs an app you have not connected, it shows a Connect button right in the chat.

    What is in the Hub?

    • Recommended integrations. Posta's own connections for ad platforms, stores, and ERPs: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salla, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Apple Search Ads, and OpenAI Ads.
    • Chat apps. Use Posta from Slack. See Chat apps.
    • Most used integrations. Quick access to popular apps like Slack, GitHub, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
    • The full catalog. More than 1,500 apps, such as Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Notion. Search by name, and filter by All, Connected, or No-auth (apps that need no sign-in).

    How do I connect an ad platform?

    Google AdsSign in with Google, then pick the ad account. Manager (MCC) accounts open to show their client accounts.
    Meta AdsSign in with Facebook, then pick the ad accounts to share.
    TikTok AdsSign in with your TikTok Business account.

    Pinterest AdsSign in with your Pinterest account.
    Apple Search AdsPaste the keys from your Apple Search Ads API settings. The connect window lists which values to copy.
    OpenAI AdsPaste the API details from your OpenAI Ads account. The connect window lists which values to copy.

    Some features are still coming to some platforms. Today, Media Buyer AI launches campaigns on Google Ads, and Auditor AI audits Meta, Google, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and OpenAI Ads.

    How do I connect my store?

    • Salla. Open Hub → Salla and sign in to your store. AI Team can then manage your products, orders, and customers, and read your store reports, when you ask it to.
    • Shopify and other store apps. Find them in the catalog, select Connect, and sign in.

    You can also use Posta without connecting a store. Many agents work from your website address alone.

    How do I connect my ERP?

    • Odoo. Enter your Odoo address and database name, then sign in with an API key or with your username and password.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365. Sign in with Microsoft, then enter your Dynamics 365 environment address.

    AI Team uses these for reports and questions about your business data.

    What access does Posta get?

    Only what you allow when you sign in, and only for the accounts you pick. Agents read your data to analyze it and report on it. They only change something, like a campaign or a budget, after you approve that specific change. Disconnecting an app in the Hub removes Posta's access right away.

    Why does a connection show as disconnected?

    Access can stop when your password changes, when someone removes your access to the ad account, or when the app asks you to sign in again. Reconnect it from the Hub. Scheduled tasks that need that app stop and tell you why until you reconnect it.
