Is Posta free to try?

Yes. Every new account gets 50 free credits, and they never expire. No card is needed. Free credits work with chat, audits, website checks, AI Team, and workflows. Making images and videos needs a paid plan. See Plans and credits.

How much does Posta cost?

Standard is $19.99 a month for 1,900 credits. Pro is $99.99 a month for 11,000 credits. See Pricing.

Do I need to know which agent to use?

No. Type what you want in the Create chat and Posta picks the right agent for you. For paid ads, use the Grow tab.

Will Posta change my ads without asking?

No. Posta always shows you the plan first. Campaigns, budgets, and other changes to your ad accounts only happen after you approve them. Bulk uploads from workflows are created paused, so you can check them before they go live.

Which ad platforms does Posta work with?

Posta can audit Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads, and OpenAI Ads. The Media Buyer launches and manages Google Ads campaigns today, with Meta Ads and others coming soon. You can connect TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads in the Hub for use in workflows and AI Team tasks. See Integrations.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Plan credits refresh each billing month. Free credits never expire.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits for a failed image, video, or UGC video go back to your balance automatically. Try a simpler prompt, a shorter video, or a different model.

Generation is slow. What should I do?

Images take a few seconds. Videos and UGC videos take a few minutes, and longer at high quality. You can leave the page while they render. They appear in the chat and in your Library when they are ready. If your credit balance looks wrong, refresh the page.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Open Settings → Billing & Plans and select Manage Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. There is no long contract.

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted when it is sent and when it is stored. Sign-in uses Google or email and password, and email accounts must be confirmed. Payments go through Stripe, and Posta never stores your full card details. Posta only uses a connected account for the tasks you ask for. Disconnecting it in the Hub removes access right away.

Who owns what I create?

You do. You can use every image, video, and piece of copy you create with Posta for your business, including in paid ads.

Which languages does Posta support?

The workspace is in English and Arabic. You can also ask the agents to write copy, scripts, and reports in other languages.
