How Posta AI agents work
Posta works like a small marketing team. You talk to a lead, and the lead gives the work to the right expert.
What are the main agents?
There are two. You talk to them from the two tabs on the Home page.

What are sub-agents?
Sub-agents are experts that each do one job. The main agents send work to them. You can also open any sub-agent yourself from its card in the workspace.

Agents marked "No" work with the 50 free credits every new account gets. Agents marked "Yes" need a Standard or Pro plan. Some bigger jobs need more credits to start than the free 50: a full ad account audit or a new campaign plan needs at least 60. See Plans and credits.
How does a request find the right agent?
When you type in the Create chat, Posta reads your request and decides which sub-agent should handle it. For example:
- "Audit my website" goes to SEO/GEO AI.
- "Audit my Google Ads for the last 30 days" goes to Auditor AI.
- "Generate an image of my product on a beach" goes to Image AI.
- "Send a summary of yesterday's sales to my email" goes to AI Team.
A simple question, like "What is ROAS?", gets a direct answer with no sub-agent.
What rules does every agent follow?
- You approve first. Anything that spends money or changes a live campaign is shown to you as a plan first. It only runs after you approve it.
- It asks when it is not sure. If your request could mean more than one thing, or you have several ad accounts, the agent asks you to choose instead of guessing.
- It tells you what is missing. If an agent needs an account you have not connected, it shows a Connect button in the chat.
- It checks your credits first. Before a job starts, Posta checks you have enough credits. If not, it tells you, and shows you how to get more.
- It uses your brand. Every agent reads your brand profile on its own, so you do not need to explain your brand each time.
- It keeps a record. Every chat is saved, so you can open a result again later.
- Failed jobs are free. If an image or video fails to generate, the credits go back to your balance.
Can I pick the AI model?
Yes, in some agents. Image AI and Video AI let you choose the image or video model. SEO/GEO AI and AI Team let you choose the chat model: Claude Sonnet 4.6 (recommended), Claude Opus 4.7, Claude Haiku 4.5, GPT-5.4, GPT-5.4 Mini, or GPT-5.4 Nano. Posta picks a good default for you.
