4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered through subscription plans with credit-based usage. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Credits

Video generation consumes credits based on video duration and quality settings. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at hello@posta.ai to discuss your situation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Produce content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Generate adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform's resources
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or technology

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. For AI-generated content, subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active subscription, you are granted a license to use generated content for commercial purposes.

6.2 License to Posta

By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your inputs for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be subject to limitations on copyright protection. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Posta AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI models, algorithms, and technology are proprietary and confidential.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
